My husband and I decided to build for our first home. We met with several builders. The larger builders nickel and dime for every single upgrade, such as granite ... and having tile flooring instead of linoleum. We felt it was overpriced for the value. We are so glad we met with Tina. She made us feel so comfortable. The contract was simple. Everything in the home was already upgraded (granite in the kitchen, fireplace, laundry, and bathrooms, wainscoting , hardwood floor throughout the main floor, and tile for the bathrooms just to name a few). We only added a few additional upgrades and paid a few thousand as opposed to $50-100k which other builders were charging. The process took a few months which was expected but it was SEAMLESS. Tina was super responsive and we were able to speak directly to our builder Charlie the entire way. There were no surprises and no additional fees charged. We chose regular granite for the whole house but then later found a luxury granite that was an upgrade we had to pay for. We purchased 3 slabs to put in the kitchen, fireplace, laundry, master and guest bathrooms. Not sure what happened, but when we showed up at the house they put our luxury granite only in the kitchen and fireplace and sent the remaining slabs back to the warehouse. The original granite we chose was in the bathrooms and laundry room. When I called Charlie, he immediately corrected the issue. They took out the granite already placed in the laundry and bathrooms and replace it with the slabs we purchased. He didn’t charge us for the correction, which we probably would’ve had to pay at another builder. I’ve heard horror stories from friends and family that have built and I felt that we were so lucky with how easy the process was. We highly recommend them!

'‘We were referred to Plymouth Village by friends that had already moved here in Spring of 2019. We fell in love with the layout of the ranch detached ... condos and the roomy back yards. Tina and Phil were helpful with questions and making an easy transition to our new home. The builders did an excellent job of using quality flooring, cabinets, counter tops and tiling in bathrooms. Our condo was new and ready to move-in with no extra work to be done. We like the maintenance free outside of condo and the brickwork. We have enjoyed getting to know all our neighbors, making many new friends and using the pool all summer long. '‘
